Terrible customer service. Like others have stated, even if you go to a provider who is in network, this company tries to reject claims for covered services. For example, your annual exam may be a covered benefit but you will be billed for all of the labwork associated with the exam. Then when you call to inquire they will say it was processed correctly but you can appeal. Ask for a supervisor and I was hung up on. Glad I found all this out before open enrollment so I can make a change back to a reputable company. Stay away!!!

I had it this year. Sadly my plan will no longer be offered. Paying claims was a serious pain at times. My doctor who is in network on their list would occasionally be partially covered as out of network. Most part doctor visits were cheap and most services covered. Loved the low deductible and out of pocket. Due to the struggles of getting my claims processed I would suggest looking elsewhere. I was never confident with them.
