I’ve never deal with a company that offers such poor service. My initial phone call was placed at 8:27am on a Friday morning and was received by an answering service. The woman informed me that CW doesn’t open until 8:30AM, so I explained to the answering service person that part of my siding that was installed a few months ago was coming off. Her next question was: “Is this an emergency?” my reply was “Excuse me! emergency? We are talking about siding”. She then hung up on me. I waited five minute to cool down and called again, this time someone in the Syracuse office answered. She took my information down and told me that someone would call back within 24 hours. The following Tuesday, I finally received a call back and they asked if I could text them a picture of the damage which I gladly did. I waited five days and hadn’t received a call back from their service department so I called again. Once again a different woman asked if I could text her picture because she was out of town and the other person in their office didn’t forward my information/text on to her, which I re-sent the pics. I waited another week and still no service person showed up to fix the siding. I called again and the service department asked if I could text some pictures of the damage, which I said “are you kidding me? I’ve done that twice!” and the woman said “oh yea wait, I have them”, I’ll place a service order for you and someone will call you within 24 hours. Eight days later, I called again and was forwarded into their service department message box and explained my frustration because 1) no one ever called back and 2) My damn siding isn’t fixed yet. I then started to receive text messages from the service department saying that my information has been received and they will be in contact with me for repair. Five day later, I called again and got passed on to a woman named Linda Stratton and she informed me that she couldn’t find my original service ticket and she will do some investigation and get back to me within five minutes. Two days later with no call back, I once again called and asked for Linda, which I was placed into her voice mail. Linda forward my information on to another woman who called me the next day and explained that the Crew Leader is on vacation and will arrange to stop by my house when he returns on Tuesday. The following Wednesday, the Crew Leader said that he will be there the next day to fix the siding, which he did. It only took one month from the original phone call to repair. Piss poor service from Comfort Window!

Have had about $60,000 worth of worked done by Comfort over the last 2 years. Great looking and have not had any issues with the quality. TJ and his crew did a great job on the siding. The only issue we seem to be having is service. We contacted Comfort and they were booking a month out and we scheduled an appointment. The day came and went and no one showed up. I have contacted Danielle in the service department twice and have not received a call back. I re-contacted this am and was told TJ would be calling me this morning and again no call. Disappointed thus far with the "unbeatable by anyone" customer service we were told about. Received a call back from TJ and issues will be addressed Monday. Thank you guys.

I would like to "Thank" the Crew that was sent to our Home, they worked above and beyond even with the issues they were confronted with. And their efforts to correct the issue was "Nothing But Professional". And to be able to "Believe" in a company with their ability to Honor their commitment was "Very" Refreshing, so on that note I really would like to say Thank You!! The sales persons and installers at Comfort Windows, Syracuse, NY are A+ in my book! They seem like a family who tries to please their customers. We have had siding installed, gutters to remedy our basement rain water problem, and a beautiful bay window installed by them. They arrived at our home when promised and did a super job with their work. They cleaned up all the trimmings and hauled away our old window. It is evident that they take pride in their business. I do not hesitate in recommending them for their work. Thanks, Steve!

I read a bunch of reviews for Comfort, many good, some bad- my experience was nothing short of perfect for my siding install. The salesman was far more educated & professional than the other people I called. One even left the ‘estimate’ on the back of my mail. The instal team was the nicest and most professional installers that I have ever had the pleasure to work in my home. I am so happy with the finished product even my neighbors commented on how nice it looks! Thanks Comfort!!!

I found the price to be very comparable to other sun rooms and the quality of the materials to be top grade When it came time to do the job I found it not up to the time frame that we were promised by there salesman. We were told that the work would be done without delay, it certainly was not. Time and time again the workers had to return to finish another part of the Job.The inside is gorgeous but the framing around the bottom is lacking in appearance. Not very pleasing to the eye

It was a pleasure to work with Comfort Windows a big shout out to Brian who did a great job. All the workers were diligent workers who seemed knowledgeable and they were neat and did not leave any mess behind. They showed up when they said they would completed the job without incident. The finished projects insulation, egress window and the bathroom in the basement is much nicer than the bathroom upstairs now. Our family could not be happier.

Have windows replaced in my whole house was incredible. The team came on time, said they would have the work all done in one , the same day. And they did in fact a little over half a day! Cleaned up after, courteous, good working men , great job, we love the windows! Only one disappointment, they never put a sign in the yard! but it was showing on their truck. I had a good experience with Comfort Windows. They were prompt and came when expected. The workers were all very pleasant and diligent in their work. We had a few problems but when we called they sent out someone to fix the problems in a timely manner. We had 10 double hungs a picture window and garage door installed. We are happy with the products and the installation. I would definitely order from them again and refer them to others.

I had my windows replaced last week and am extremely happy. They look great, the installers were wonderful despite the cold temperature, the high winds and the nasty rain. This is the 3rd time I have used Comfort and as always I am impressed by their professionalism from the salesman that came to my home, the phone call to update me on the delivery as well as the installation. Very good experience with comfort windows. The salesperson was courteous, and everything they promised would happen, happened. The new windows were installed within the timeframe quoted. They look great and function perfectly. These were installed on a very old farmhouse where nothing was particularly square, and they took the time and care to make everything fit and look proper. I would definately recommend Comfort.

Took two full moths to have a single, standard window installed even though the salesman said since it was a small job he would try to have it done earlier. Had hurt my back and hoped Comfort would do their best. Forget that. Called a few times and finally someone came to measure which took a couple of minutes. Not impressed. Window ok, nothing special. As a consumer I took the easy way out. My bad.

Everyone we dealt with at this company were wonderful. We were confused when we ordered something and even thought the deal we had signed under was over, the company applied the deal to the new part. When it came time to install the windows the men that came were super respectful and kept everything as clean as they could, and then cleaned up even more afterwards! My only suggestion would be that it would have been nice if they cleaned the outside of the windows once done with all installation and trim. I would highly recommend Comfort Windows.

The men that delivered and installed the door were efficient and professional. The door works nicely but I noticed later that it has only one door piston. I believe the door I saw in the showroom had two door returns? I will do business with comfort windows in the future.
