We have been with this company for numerous years, at the beginning things were substantial and decent. The reason we switched is because I am paying over $150 less than currently, the new company has us with the same company that we were through Idahos Best Insurance but that much less of a monthly premium we are paying for the same amount of vehicle and coverage. I am not understanding why, we never had an issue with them little things here and there but in all honesty the customer service there (only one person I can honestly recall that provided great customer service is the receptionist) everything else is a blur and not worth for me to have any conversations with. So therefore I would not recommend this company.

Trent really makes you feel comfortable with your insurance. I stopped in to explain what I was looking for on my insurance and they helped me tremendously. I went in knowing almost nothing and walked out understanding my policy and how it works! Trent was very intelligent regarding all types of insurance and financial things! Great experience.
