RUN FROM THIS DECEPTIVE BUSINESS! I took a loan out to buy a car for $5,500. I worked with Crystal, when i looked at the fianl amount it said $6,700. I asked her why it was so much and she told me it was for the added warranty. She was going to throw this warranty on my loan without even EXPLAINING what it was. I should have ran there. Next I receive my statement in the mail with a Loan insurance charge ( I can nearly laugh at the name). I called again and asked what this is for. She told me i signed for it and its for account protection @ $26.00 a month. I NEVER would sign up for something like this, nor did i know what it was for. I am very angered and feel like I got a nice screw job from NuMark. They are willing to destroy trust to up their sales numbers. Go anywhere else, business relations are supposed to be built on trust. UPDATE: I see Numark responded to my post. The key word in your review is you offer it as an OPTION, I was not offered it as an OPTION SO STOP LYING! I filed a claim with the credit bureau for fraud and my claim was approved, they forced NuMark to refund me my entire balance :) I then received 3 phone calls from them and then an email from the head manager i spoke to about this matter previously. The email said after review I am being refunded back what I paid for the insurance and sorry for any miscommunication. Keep in mind this is the same lady that told me SORRY there is nothing I can do to refund you.

I love NUMARK!!! I love when I go to the CU they actually know my name. If they would have more locations closer to me I would leave my bank for good!
