I left a message twice for a representative to call me so I could get liability insurance with Lincoln. Z. London ext #388 never returned my call. I called back myself, and Unfortunately I got a bad representative named Cliff at ext 384. I told him that I cancelled my policy with Geico and my policy will end 8/27/17. I gave Cliff my VIN number, my license number and forward Cliff via email my Geico insurance cards. Then, I gave him my visa card number to make the down payments. I told Cliff that I did not want my policy to start til Aug 27. Cliff kept pushing for the policy to start on Aug 22nd. He was very anxious and unprofessional as he tried to make me agree with him. He had already told me that they worked on commission. So, I guess this is why he was so adamant on making the sale. Because of his actions I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Customer service is horrible,some people are Nice and helpful , but most have attitudes for God knows what reason.Honestly ,invest in another company, they WILL NOT defend you , I was hit in an accident, the other driver was given a ticket, he was at fault, AND they paid to have his car fixed,EVEN though he was at fault,they fixed NOTHING on my car, it may be more costly, but worth it so, do invest in a bigger company

I been with lincoln since the eighties, however I have had cars repair through lincoln and I was taken care of, the only thing I wish would change if you all can have repair shops outside of chicago , there are none in the suburbs.

Hate the au...to...mat...ic phone system! Paper work is difficult to recieve and no payment receipts are ever issued... Although the phone girls are pretty helpful, it may take up to 26 mins on hold... Omg
