For the parents that find themselves in a legal predicament with their teenager DO NOT TRY TO DO IT ALONE! The judicial system will eat your kid alive. Reach out to Mr. Nichols. As a parent, you cannot put a price tag on protecting your child. Don’t let them take the risk of destroying their future because of a stupid, impulsive mistake they made. Mr. Nichols will not only guide you and your child through the legal process, he will make sure all options and legal ramifications are clearly understood. He will never make your child feel bad about what they have done. He understands and can relate to teenagers. He sees they are not bad kids, as we as parents already know. He will take the time to get to know your kid and even go as far as trying to find the root of why they made the mistake. Then the legal process starts and you cannot ask for anyone better to be in your kid’s court. Mr. Nichols will handle your case with extreme knowledge and compassion. I am the proud mother of a now wonderful 27 year old who went through those stupid, impulsive teenager years and Mr. Nichols seen the good in him and stood up for him through his legal issues and protected him from himself. I am also the proud mother of a 17 year old who made ONE impulsive decision that pulled him into the judicial system. For 7 months, it weighed on us and dragged out. My son was jumping through hoops and still failing along the way. I knew we couldn’t continue on our own and reached out to Mr. Nichols. One month after that initial meeting, my son’s legal predicament was gone! Mr. Nichols received a much better settlement of his case then we could ever have imagined. I know have a 17 year old with his entire future ahead of him with no black marks, because of Mr. Nichols. I also have a 17 year old that is not copping an attitude of “getting off” but understanding that he’s been given a second chance. Well here we go….. After about one month of suffering and anxious because of being charged of OWI, I am FINALLY relieved. I got this GREAT news from Mike that my case was going to be DISMISSED! Yes, as much as how strict Michigan is serious about drunk driving, Mike got the case DISMISSED! Every case is different, but there is one thing in common-Mike is DEFINITELY THE ONE for you to get away from OWI/DUI! If you, or someone you are helping, unfortunately, is under the charge of OWI, GO TO MIKE!
