Mr. Morin represented me in my divorce case in 2014 and I returned to him for representation in my disability appeal with a hearing date of 8/25/2016. Words cannot express how much respect I have for his knowledge of the law, his thoroughness, kindness and understanding. My disability case was two and a half years in the making and I had a lot at stake on being successful. His paralegal, Rachel, is outstanding! She answered every single email with professionalism as well as compassion. My nerves were on edge in the days preceding my administrative law judge hearing for social security and she was able to ease my fears and keep me focused on winning my case. My need for a lawyer arose from a car accident where the faulted driver disappeared and had to be tracked down by the insurance company that covered him. During that time they refused to either pay me for the total loss value of my vehicle, since they needed the drivers statement first, and also would not pay for a rental car. I reached out to Rob, having heard good things and asked him to help me with the case and sure enough we ended up filing with the company and entered into a settlement agreement that I was more than pleased with. The result of the case is only a portion of why I enjoyed working with Rob though. Along with being professional and courteous he was also very thorough and pleasant to deal with.
