I have been coming here in Apple FCU in Potomac Mills branch or any other AppleFCU branch to pay car loan for several years now and never ask once for an ID somehow, this teller today around between 12 00 - 12 : 15 noon , April 19 , 2017 ask me for an ID , I told her. I left my ID and told her I only want to pay the car loan showing her the card which has the member ID , There was a long line and she still wants my ID. This teller has a short hair light skinned and I called the branch manager to complain and no answer. I was really upset about it when other customers at that time was never asked for an ID except me, I feel like she was racially profiling me!!!!

Nothing. I applied for a loan after my coworkers did Their credits were approved but mine was not approved apparently because the credit rules changed. Even if my friends and I just came to live here, I feel discriminated because their loans were approved and mine was not.

Unbelievably complicated bank!!! Could care less if you come or go. Not going to bore everyone with a long story but all I know is, by far the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with, right up there with Suntrust and BB&T. I’ve been satisfied with Capitol One and Bank of America.

Was a member for 6+ years, customer service is poor at best especially at Woodbridge location. This Bank charges for everything beware of all fees before signing up will be taking my business else where. Home mortgage team is even worst!

Some of the tellers were very nice but this is the most inconvenient bank ever very limited to what you can do online you have to come in then your greeted by a 10 car line one teller open and the lobby closed at 5 pm, ridiculous

Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. No way to leave the line. No one explaining why the wait was caused by. Trying to call them on a Saturday is impossible. No one answers. Never using their services again.
