Shane and his team at LeaderOne Financial Corporation were great! Bree was extremely helpful during the beginning stages and was prompt to respond to any questions I had. Amanda was also very helpful and very prompt to respond. Both women were easy to get into contact with, enthusiastic, and quick to get things done. The genuine excitement this team had for me made me even more excited about the process. Shane was also great. Not only was Shane also easy to contact, he was extremely knowledgeable, and answered any question I had with an answer that made it easy to understand what was going on. As a first time home buyer, there were many times I felt confused or embarrassed, due to my lack of knowledge regarding the loan process. Shane made me feel comfortable at all stages of the process and always noted my questions were great questions to ask. This team is great! If you want incredible customer service, Shane and his amazing team are the perfect choice! As soon as we decided we were ready to start our home search, Shane got us pre approved so we would have a head start in the loan process. The morning we put in an offer on a house, Shane actually called the listing agent to ensure that we were solid buyers who had already been approved at that list price… and we got the house! The team was so patient with all of our questions throughout the process and most importantly, we were final approved 2 weeks before our close date. Thank you again LeaderOne Team!
