Denver Lending was a delight to work with. They were very tentative to our needs, requests and questions. We were in the market for a new home for many months and every time we found a potential property they jumped on providing us with the figures, pre-approval letters, and answering any questions we had. We did experience one down fall – they were communicating directly with our realtor on specifics for our loan conditions and terms. I did not feel that was appropriate and when I brought it to their attention they made valiant efforts to ensure we were included in all communications that related to our loan. Once we secured our unique property it presented some obstacles due to the location. This required additional research for an appraiser and some hoops to jump through – they did so with much elegance! Never once did I feel they were in it just to close the deal – they were in it to serve us as the customer. If you’re looking for a place that offers competitive products with top notch service look no further!

Matt and his team were on top of EVERYTHING throughout what is generally a complicated and stressful process. They worked hard on the pre-qual when we were in a time crunch, providing us with a variety of scenarios that put us in the best financial position. From there it only got better, with constant outreach and updates. They were on schedule, on time, and helped us close complicated buy/sell transactions within 4 weeks - even working over the holidays. Sent fantastic cookies to my office (which my coworkers appreciated) and delivered pizzas and drinks to the new house on our move date. Pleasant throughout. Would recommend strongly.

Being a first-time home buyer, I was nervous to take out a loan for what seemed like a lot of money. The Denver Lending team was very helpful and explained any questions I had thoroughly. I went under contract several times as I was looking for something very specific, and each time I was given a full fees worksheet to help me understand all of the costs I would be charged for on each property. The customer service provided was far superior to the other companies I spoke with, and I will without a doubt be working with Denver Lending the next time I purchase a property. Highly recommended!
