The customer service is great and I appreciate not being charged for everything like many other banks do, but their drive through is VERY slow. I have never gotten through in less than 15 minutes - and that is when I am the only car there.

Lynzie is amazing! She helped me reopen my account and then helped me fix something that went wrong 2 days later. Customer service on the 1800 number was extremely rude about it but Lynzie helped right way. Great location!
