Great home options but our rep was less than wonderful. Took 2 vacation in the middle of our loan process, hired an unapproved appraiser which set us back on our closing date, This was our first home purchase and we were given unrealistic closing dates. We were kicked out of our rental and had to stay in a hotel for a week with our stuff in a moving van. No offer to help us with a hotel either. This was a horrible experience!

Then worked with Tim Weber and it was a night and day difference! I got all of my questions answered along with detailed reports of estimates and rates.
