Working with the whole team at Bay Equity has been awesome. Adam listened to our situation and our goal of trying to refinance our first mortgage and home equity line of credit into a 15 year loan and he was on top of it right from the first phone call. We got some preliminary numbers pretty quickly and decided to move forward. They made the arrangements for the appraisal and they had that taken care of in no time. My wife and I are self employed so a lot of factors came into play but Adam and Jessica and the whole team were very knowledgeable and patient and helped us maneuver through all the hoops that were presented. If you are self employed you know what I am talking about. They were determined to help us get this done. Amazing! There were times I had my doubts this was going to go through but they stuck with it and made it all work out. They were positive and encouraging through it all and we could not have be more happy with the results.

I have known Adam for a long time, so even though I live in the state of Washington and they are in Arizona, I thought of Adam and Hannah Boles when we decided to refinance our home. It was the best decision ever! Since they are licensed to do business in Washington, they were able to help me beyond my expectations. The Bay Equity team is amazing! Adam helped us throughout the process. Answered all the questions we had before we even asked them! The professionalism is on point!! My wife and I have dredded this process in the past, but with Adam he did everything for us! We can’t say enough about him. Working with the Boles group I would not trust any other lender to be at my open house. They have showed up both times and did an amazing job with all the signs, flyers, they even had a POPCORN machine and water! They treat everyone so great!
