I worked with Andrew and Kelly Saltman at Carbon Capital who were in constant contact throughout my mortgage process. This is the smoothest process I have ever been through in attaining a mortgage. From the first phone call they were responsive. Andrew asked me what I was looking for and advised me as to what to do to make sure I qualified. Kelly sent me a list of all the documentation I needed to send in order to get qualified.She worked tirelessly behind the scenes but always keeping me informed. When I was prequalified for the home I wanted, Andrew and Kelly actually sent a gift basket to congratulate my husband and I. Such thoughtful, detailed, thorough and attentive people. Making every step as smooth as possible. Whenever I had a question, they called or responded to my email. There was a big snag eight days before closing from the sellers end. Andrew and Kelly worked with my realtor and the title company to make sure everything that needed to be done was done. So with that said, even with the big snag (which was not on their part) toward the end, this was the most smoothly coordinated financing I have ever gone through. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Kelly and Andrew for making this a happy and expeditious experience.

I am a first time home buyer, that started out with no knowledge about the home buying process. Andrew assisted me in selecting and financing my first home, and I am now living in a beautiful historic home, that I have never imagined would be wIthin my reach. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable when it came to financing with FHA. When I had questions, he responded quickly with the fine print. I even asked other agents at big brands like Quicken and Watson, the same obscure questions, and their answers were incorrect or did not fully cover what was asked. I suggest giving that a try when you first start working with Andrew, as some may feel that, because he is young, he may not have the experience. He will shoot this misconception down with accuracy. Andrew would entertain the listings that I would send over, even when I was clueless when it came to FHA restrictions. While doing so, Andrew would suggest listings that had a higher probability of passing FHA appraisal, that had the same characteristic. When it comes time to buy a bigger home, I will only go through Andrew. At the end of the whole process, I came out on top, and I felt comfortable with my decision. I moved in on the weekend, and felt right at home! Thank you Andrew.
