Buying a home was one of the most exciting and terrifying experiences of our lives, We finally found our new home and it was time to work on the financing, anything we thought we knew about financing was wrong, while my husband remained calm and collected, I panicked each time they asked for More paper work, Kari helped us (Me) through the whole process, she gave us a check list of each step we would be taking to get to the end of the mortgage process, she updated it every time something could be checked off, and answered any questions we had within the day, text, phone and email she was always available to us, even working through a family crisis of her own to make sure our deal closed on time, We could not be more happy with our experience with Kari she kept us informed, gave us good advice, made us feel comfortable, explained everything so we understood why and what was happening, we closed a week early, Thank you Kari for making buying a new home one of the best experiances ever, the only way she could have made this deal any better for us would be if she paid for the house, LOL Donovan and Brenda Donarksi, TRF

Holly Nelson is amazing at her job. While my husband, I and our babies were getting ready for our PCS move she helped us every step of the way, she explained things and broke them down perfectly. She worked with us for what we can do for our home, hot is the best rate and comparison compared to others.
