Angie Sherer was the loan processor who helped us secure the loan for the place I am delighted to call home. All started in 2013 when my wife and I decided to owning our piece of the "American dream". At the time, we had no clue how we would be able to afford it. Luckily for us we got into contact with Angie Sherer through a friend who had one of her associate set our first meeting for pre-approval application. After meeting with Angie we knew we have found a knowledgeable and dedicated professional who will help us own our home. She was very welcoming and answered patiently to our questions. She then introduced us to sets of scenarios detailing costs and monthly payments based on different types of Mortgage loans and programs available before advising us the suitable loan program and the loan amount we would be able to afford according to our income situation. She also referred us to educational resources on homeownership, critical for a better understanding of the homeownership process and kept the communication open between us until we found the house we and to purchase. After we found the house she worked on final loan application with her team of underwriters and appraisers making sure we get approved. She was even present at the closing to make sure we get in possession of the keys to our house. In short my relationship with Angie goes beyond Mortgage Loan processing.
