We refinanced our mortgage with American Equity Mortgage and Jon Hill was our mortgage consultant. Jon and the rest of the team went out of their way with a last minute problem that arose (our fault completely) to make sure that we were still able to close on the same day and keep our mortgage payments as low as possible. Jon always returned phone calls promptly, as did the other team members such as Amie Webb, mortgage processer in St. Louis, MO. Jon listened to our objectives carefully, presented us with several options and each of their positive and negative points. He was extremely attentive to our loan, making sure we had all our documentation ready, he kept us up to date on the progress of the loan and we were able to close within one month of starting the process. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jon and trusted his knowledge regarding mortgages. He was very professional, very respectful, and extremely easy to contact even away from the office. We will definitely work with Jon Hill and recommend him to anyone who is considering refinancing.

My wife and I just purchased our forever home, and wanted to work with someone we trusted. After previously working with Ryan Molstad to refinance my previous home, we knew we were in good hands. Our experience with Jon Hill of AEM was phenomenal from beginning to end on our VA Loan. He was with us from beginning to end guiding us through the nuances of the loan process. He made it his mission to save us money. Jon being well versed in lending law was able to notice an error on our closing cost paperwork. The realtors tried to charge us for something that they couldnt charge Veterans in the state of Minnesota. He was able to correct this and we ended up getting all of our earnest money back.....Thanks Jon! We would highly recommend Jon Hill to any veteran. They deserve the best.

This company is horrible. The manager is completely unprofessional and arrogant. The mortgage officer i had mysteriously disappeared, along with my money I put up for an appraisal. This is organized crime at its finest. These people have such little regard for their clients its dumbfounding. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE CLOWNS

This place is the worst. They actually claim they can get any rate but then give you a higher one than everyone else is offering. With Ben Franklin Plumbing this is the most horrible company I have dealt with. Go anywhere else, I guarantee you there is no worse.
