We were referred to Casey in January 2016, when we wrote up our first purchase agreement. Like many first-time buyers, we were surprised to find that the first house we put an offer on was not meant to be. We jumped from house to house, pursued buying land and building, and then finally found our forever home in April 2017. Over those 16 months, Casey stayed in touch, made us feel like a priority, and always was ready to help when our new ideas hit the table. When we came to the office to sign for our home, the file Casey had was nearly 6 inches thick. We had many ups and downs on our journey to find our house, but the experience with First Class was always part of the "ups". Kevin Criter worked as the loan officer for our mortgage and provided the same level of customer service as Casey. He was easy to reach out to and answered all our questions. The day before closing Kevin stayed at the office past 7 PM to receive our final escrow agreement and made sure we were able to close on time the next day. I would recommend Kevin and Casey to any of my friends and family!

My wife and I just built a home and used First Class Mortgage during this process. As many would imagine, building a home is not an easy or always smooth process. Not to mention obtaining a mortgage in 2013-14 is so much more involved then it used to be. We are so pleased we chose to work with First Class Mortgage! Through the building process as well as the mortgage process they were extremely helpful, they were always available, and they really knew their stuff. My realtor and my builder both commented to me that they usually get nervous when having to work with smaller mortgage firms, but both of them could not have raved more to us on how impressed they were with Casey, Bobbi, and the full First Class mortgage team. I located First Class Mortgage by performing a Google search. First Class Mortgage came up and the positive Google reviews captured my attention. I called Casey (Maple Grove office) and set up an appointment. My wife and I went to the appointment and met up with Casey who learned I was a veteran and went out of his way to assist us. My wife was pregnant at the time we started the process and as the closing day approached, she gave birth the day before we were to close. I contacted Casey and his staff who rescheduled our appointment a few days later, and even had the closing at our house. Without a doubt, we made the right decision to use First Class Mortgage. We refinanced March 27, 2015. The whole process went smooth and there were no surprises. The cost of the refinance actually was less than expected. We shook hands and then learned there was a glitch and one last need. Unfortunately we were leaving for vacation at 2:30 in the morning the following business day. First Class Mortgage was able to get in contact with our arttorney and get an informational letter drawn up and took care of everything while we were on vacation. Would recommend them to anyone in need of mortgage services. Very professional and great customer service...hard to come by these days!
