Matt is so awesome! My husband Joe and I are first time home buyers and with that comes lot of uncertainty and a lot of stress. All the information can be very overwhelming, but Matt made the process so easy for us. He took care of everything. He helped us from start to finish and answered all of our questions and addressed all our concerns quickly and thoroughly. We have been so impressed by his knowledge and his customer service. There were several times we had to contact him outside of normal working hours and he made himself available to us, and we appreciate that so much. He is good at what he does. We highly recommend him!

I would highly recommend Matt Royer. His customer service was outstanding at all times but in particular when I needed a pre-approval letter to submit an offer on a home outside of normal business hours. Matt also recognized my need to understand the details when I asked questions and graciously explained everything to me in the detail I wanted.
