December 2013, wanting to use a Rural Development Loan to purchase a house. I started looking for lenders to help with my loan. I had called PrimeSource Funding and talked with Tiffany Meyer. Right away I felt as though I was talking to a friend not someone looking for a client/money. Tiffany got me pre approved for a loan and helped me find a Realtor. The Realtor she referred me to was outstanding! I called and talked with Tiffany many times asking if a house on MLS was in the area of the Rural Development approved area, before asking my Realtor to take a look, what payments would be and a lot of other questions. Tiffany answered my questions never making me feel as though she was in a hurry or irritated because of questions I asked more than one time, during this process. I felt as though I was her only client every time we talked. Tiffany helped keep me updated on the loan for the whole process, ideas to get through some issues that came up because my divorce. I just moved into my home I purchased, with help from PrimesSource Funding, on July 30, 2014. I have referred several people to PrimeSource Funding, and will continue to do so. If you are looking to purchase a home, give PrimeSource Funding and Tiffany Meyer a serious thought., you will be very happy you did.

In 2004 I received a call from Prime Source Funding in regard to refinancing my home. I had been looking to refinance in order to take advantage of the lower interest rates. I was a little concerned as I was not familiar with Prime Source Funding and thought it would be safest to go through a bank. I did some checking and found that their rates were the best. The process went very smooth and was very happy with them. In 2012 I received a call from Prime Source Funding (Brandon Baker) to see if I was looking to refinance as the rates were very attractive. I had Brandon run some numbers for me and decided to once again take advantage of even lower interest rates. I am now in the process of purchasing a new home and I called Brandon Baker at Prime Source Funding. We are first time home buyers from Mankato. We worked with Jarod Mathiason, Jarod was very professional at all times, he always looked into what we needed to do and informed us, as we were pretty uneducated in buying a house. We wanted a no down payment loan and he was quick to suggest options for us. Wel looked quite awhile but eventually found what we could afford and live in.. We have no complaints regarding Jarod and his interaction with us. We did have a long wait for our final answer to our loan, we are unsure what happened with all that.
