I recently bought a house in Apex. After a brief chat on the phone, I set up an appointment with Jim for the same day. Based on a very good rate he was able to give me, he gave me a very reasonable good faith estimate. Granted, the reason for the estimate and rate being to my liking had alot to do with my good credit history, however the experience with Jim was pleasant. He was helpful and easily accessible.
