I have worked with Patrick on several different real estate transactions and been impressed each time with his service and attention to details. He guided me on the entire loan process and determined that I was not borrowing more than I could afford. He helped with financial planning and suggested home insurance which saved me not only money but also offered better coverage. My wife and I were first time home-buyers. Working with Patrick helped us feel more comfortable and confident with the entire process. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and worked well with our Realtor and Real Estate attorney. I recommend that you meet with them as soon as you start your house search, or a little before, so that you know how much house you can afford and get all of your ducks in a row. There were issues and paperwork that Patrick helped us work through/complete that HAD to be done before we could buy. We definitely recommend utilizing their services if you are looking for a mortgage.
