Lynn Hergenreder, of Academy Mortgage in Spokane, is extremely adept at her job. It was amazing how quickly she had processed my preapproval for purchasing a home. New to the area and having a malfunctioning GPS, Lynn took the time to drive and meet me with the papers that she had prepared for me to sign. She is happy to offer advice, no pressure. The advice she provided was excellent, extremely helpful, and upon completing my own research, entirely accurate. She has a wealth of information she is willing to share. My original intent was to visit the area to determine if I would like to move there. I loved the area and in the two weeks I was there, I purchased my dream home. I would not have been able to do that if not for Lynn’s experience and efficiency. This review would not be complete without a comment about Lynn’s personality. I have had many interactions with professionals over the years and I have to admit she is one of the few I feel is exceptional both personally and professionally – and no I was not paid for this endorsement.

Having worked with several different mortgage brokers over the years I can say that working with Steve Linnenkamp was the easiest experience I have ever had. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and makes the house buying experience as smooth and painless as possible. Steve and staff were very pleasant and professional and processed my mortgage quickly. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone in need of a mortgage broker. I would only use Steve for any future mortgage needs!

Lynn Hergenreder is an absolute joy to work with! She knows her profession intimately, is able to respond to questions articulately and with authority, and is willing and able to do the research for those issues that require it. Lynn is also willing to share her extensive experience to advise her clients when they are considering multiple options. This was our second time working with Kristi. We sought out her help again with a second home loan because we were so impressed with her the first time. She took time to explain all our home loan options as we began our search and once we had selected a property to buy, guided us through every step of the process.
