After nearly losing our house to a botched job at another lender, we followed a recommendation from a friend to try Academy Mortgage. They were right. It was a night and day difference experience between the two companies. At Academy, we worked with Josh and Eric. We felt like they cared about us and understood our unique financial circumstances with being a small business owner. They regularly kept us informed about where we were in the application process. They also made sure to immediately contact us if they needed more documentation which was different than the other company who we were always chasing down for information. In fact, we felt like the people at Academy were always accessible via text, phone or email. Amazingly, they finished our loan and we closed in 2-weeks! We highly recommend them to everyone.
