This place has the worst customer service!! We were told we qualified for a USDA loan. We went out and found a house (we were not in a hurry to buy but with great news of the loan why not). The same day we paid over $400 for an inspection, we were told we do not qualify for a USDA loan. Then there was another "problem" they needed to fix before we could get a loan. during the next 3 weeks we were told they were working on it. Finally, the last 10 days I emailed them twice with no response. The closing is in 2 days and I am still left wondering if I have a loan or not. At this point, I say Mason Mcduffie is incompetent and and could have made this experience better with a little old fashioned customer care. Respond to emails and keep people informed!!!!

Kathy has handled two different loans for us. She has great communication skills with all parties involved in the loan process. She will walk you through the steps so you can understand what is required. She is a professional that you will enjoy working with. I have referred her to family, friends, and others I have heard looking to purchase a home. Once it is your goal to purchase a home, a second home, or refinance, it is never too early to contact Kathy.

We checked rates and details with a couple of other lenders then found Kathy with Mason McDuffy. She made the whole process so easy and easy to understand . We had vacation scheduled right in the middle of the loan process but that was no problem with Kathy on the job, we took vacation and she called if needed. Closing was on Schedule.
