I used Family Mortgage company for my first home purchase. Obviously, I am a happy customer here. In the beginning, I thought of going to a bank to get my loan but then someone had referred me to Family Mortgage. Based on their ability to shop the banks, credit unions and other large mortgage lenders for me, I decided this would be the smartest avenue for me to get my mortgage. What I like most is: They find the best rates for me, low fees compared to other service providers, helpful staff that would work around my schedule (even after hours and weekends) and walk me through this confusing process, and best of all no hidden costs, no surprises, no gimmicks. They made me feel comfortable and confident that they always had my best interest at heart and were doing what was best for me not what was best for their pocket book. Not many businesses in this market in America can be as helpful and trustworthy as I found this company to be. I have recommended them to many family and friends and will continue to do so.

Best mortgage company there is. Jon takes customer service to a whole other level. Professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and totally committed to getting the best deal for his client. Buying my first home, I was expecting a nightmarish process with many delays and disappointments. Jon made it all look easy. Literally a month and a half from finding the listing to having keys in my hands. All questions answered, processes explained, every detail taken care of in advance. Jon was even available to talk while he was off island on vacation. Unreal. Highly recommended. 6 stars if they had them.

After I purchased my home I did some updates and ended up refinancing a year and half later. Again, first time refinancing. He walked me through the process.
