This place has gone down hill the last few years. I have had multiple loans here in the past with no problem. How ever I came in on 10/24 to get a auto loan. I was told they had no one that could help me at that time, I could fill out a application and they would call me back later that day. In year past they would have just sat down with me when I walked in and it would take about 20 minutes then I would be walking out the door with my loan. I never received a call later that day. I tried to call them and the phone just rings with no voice mail. I had tried calling 4 times though out the day with no response. I sent them a email telling them that cancel my loan because I got funding elsewhere. Hour later I get a email saying they would look into the situation and call me. Been 3 day since no call still no answer on the phone. I will no longer be giving them any more business.

The mortgage team was amazing in helping us get our first home! Our work schedules made it hard to get anything done during normal hours but Deborah and Kim worked with us around those times and made things extremely smooth and simple each step of the way. This was a great experience and I fully recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

I have always had good luck with this credit union. I get a free cashiers check several times a year and also they print counter checks for me for free. Home loans might not be as competitive, but i havent looked at that for a long time. Otherwise, love this bank.

I have banked with this credit union since 1997. my experience has been great. I love their "round up" program which allows you to build up your savings a little more quickly. I have referred my daughter as well and she has been banking with them for years.

People in line and in drive thru forever but people at desks talking and too busy apparently to step down to teller position to ensure prompt service and satisfaction for people . While one girl works her butt off to help everyone .

I am still new to their business. But they seem okay. Except for a few minor glitches. Just from my short experience, I would not use them for a home or car loan. But they are helping me bulid my credit with a small secured loan.

Personal checking - folks are friendly and personable. Their website works - which is a big plus over my previous bank. Unlike some banks, they will issue an ATM card without forcing you to carry a debit card on your account.

This bank is terrible. They will do unauthorized transfer to cause your bill not to go through so they get overdraft fees out of you
