I am a former Loan Officer and Finance Trainer. When I read the reviews for Andrew, I was curious about how good he was, so I decided to give him an opportunity to compete for my business. Quite honestly, I didn’t think he would be able to compete because I have several friends who are Real Estate and Finance Brokers. I am happy to say that I am very glad that I gave him an opportunity. He was competitive against the rates and fees that my friends were offering. However, as it has been proven many times, cost is not the most important factor. After a few conversations with him, I began to realize that he had many of the qualities I tried to teach loan officers: He was very pleasant, very honest and knowledgeable, did a fantastic job of answering and returning calls, and was on our side when there were problems with the realtors and/or the title company. Andrew is a true professional. He is not a “fly-by-night” loan officer. He understands that we (you) are the only reason he has a job and you can bet that he never forgets that. There were times when I thought he was not going to be able to meet my expectations (I wanted to change the rate a couple of days before we were scheduled to sign.); but, time after time, he came through. (Please note that I demand a lot from everyone because success only comes when everyone does their part well.) My advice to you… At the very least give him a try. He knows what he is doing, has a great support team, and also has the support of his company. Take some stress off your transaction as Andrew will genuinely be working for you. (Many times the Loan Officer becomes another person you have to make sure is not doing underhanded tactics just to make a paycheck for himself.)

Out of the three houses my wife and I have bought, Andrew is hands down the best loan officer we have had. He walked us through all of the different loan options we had and explained the pros and cons of each. He was always quick to respond to our calls no matter the time. Once I called late in the day, and he returned my call on his drive home from work. When I made an offer on a house outside normal business hours he always answered the call. He was very helpful in calculating the approximate cost for a monthly payment. I requested he calculate approximate payments for many different homes. Even when I felt I had asked too many times, he would still provide me with the information as if it was only the first time I requested it. Andrew is the only person who ran our credit for the loan, and then also inserted our information into a simulator to recommend different ways to improve our credit score for a better rate. I was confident he was out to get me the best rate possible. Andrew and his colleges are very hard working and will go beyond what other lenders would do for you. Andrew pushed our loan through in order to make closing in time. What normally would take eight or nine hours, Andrew and his team pulled off in four. Even our realtor told us not many lenders would do what Andrew did for us. Without doubt Andrew Semple is the man you want advising, writing, and pushing your loan through the process.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Andrew and his team while purchasing our home just before the holidays. Andrew and his team worked diligently to make my families dream become a reality. Our situation did not lend itself in being an open and shut loan process unfortunately. Phenomenal Experience! I was referred to Andrew by a family member to discuss refinancing our home. From the initial meeting, he and his staff were professional, courteous and handled the entire transaction from start to finish so efficiently and without issue. With a busy work schedule, I was able to submit information to him and communicate necessary information via an online secure link. This was a huge help as trips to his office with copies and other documents were not necessary and could be handled from the comfort of my home and on my time schedule. Andrew was very accessible throughout the transaction and kept me up to date on the progress of my loan. At closing, Andrew was present and attentive to the very end. Excellent experience from start to finish. I found Andrew and PrimeLending Springfield from an online search for online VA Mortgage Lenders. I had no prior knowledge of PrimeLending. The initial online application process was simple and straightforward. Andrew followed up the initial contact immediately, and was extremely helpful throughout the process - never intrusive or pushy, but always quick with responses and available to assist as needed. It was a very smooth process from initial application through to closing. I was out of country deployed to Afghanistan, my wife was in Oklahoma, the purchase property was in Virginia, and Andrew was in Springfield; so everything was done online or with digital documents through email, with the final closing in Virginia.
