Probably one of the best mortgage guys that I found when I bought my house. Very friendly to talk to and explains any questions you have that you do not understand. Ran multiple numbers for me when I was looking at any house and if he did not answer right away he would get back to you as soon as possible even if it was late at night he would try his best. Till this day I still contact him about any questions on the house and still is the most friendliest guy to talk to just like the first day I talked with him. Michael was a fantastic guide as we traversed the murky waters our first house hunt and loan. He was very patient and informative, personable and supportive: the former two qualities we hoped for from a loan officer, while the later two we never dreamed of, but really appreciated in a brutal housing market. The entire team that handled our case (esp. Brandon) was profession and well organized. They were also really good about checking in and making sure we submitted all required documents in time, etc. As stressful as buying a house is, you can at least control one aspect of the process.
