Do not go here! Do not use their services! Their customer service is awful, not only will they not return your calls and emails but they will go out of their way to ignore you. We had a situation that should have literally been noticed the very first 5 minutes of submitting the application. They did not point it out or catch it for an entire month and then decided to bring it to our attention 2 days before closing after we have already paid for services and other things required before closing. They wanted us to do 2 things that our CPA informed us was ridiculous and would have extended our close date another month. Then They ended up literally stealing money from us and refuse to refund our money. Do not work with David abrahamson or lakeisha Patterson. We ended up pulling our business and taking it else where and we were able to close on our house no problem in 8 days with no issues. Do not go to equity prime mortgage

I am a first time homebuyer and I had a lot of questions and concerns going into purchasing a home. I worked with Tim Arrington at Equity Prime and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. The Atlanta housing market is competitive so my first offer was not accepted. Every time I needed an approval letter Tim was fast and efficient. Tim was patient and thorough explaining everything to me. Anytime I called him day or night, he made himself available. He kept me in he loop throughout the entire process of my loan. We made all of our deadlines and made it to the closing date under a month without any problems. I would highly recommend him and Equity Prime.

I have mortgage through Quicken Loans, I have never heard of this company until they choose to check my credit without my okay. Something smells damn fishy here if not criminal. I will be contacting the FTC about this!
