The drive through tellers at the 13th/and 25th location have no idea how to do a simple deposit. If the check is signed and I give you a deposit slip why does this location have a problem with it, but I go to the other 13th ave location and I am through in a few minutes tops. Time to look at other banks. Wells Fargo has really fell apart over the last couple of years.

I went to this location and was the first to walk in. Two other people came in after me and two girls who were working as account managers basically pretended I was invisible and helped the other two people who came in after me first. Kind of annoying.

They hold deposited money for more than a week. Then, they will charge overdraft fees on anything you spend, even though you have $3000 being held by them. AWFUL!
