Christine (teller on west end of counter)helped me yesterday when I had misplaced my debit card, she was pleasant, charming and very helpful. She went out of her way to assist me with two separate issues. The dark haired young lady to the east of her was very nice as well. Thank you for putting a smile on my face as I left.

Very unhelpful staff.worst customer service ever.stay away from this bank.I work regular business hours do they are inconvenient, and work in customer service, and never in my life would allow my employees to act this way. Stay away and save yourself a headache.

Been to this BANK a couple times, only had one experience where I wasnt given a hard time. Both the staff and day manager are rude and disrespectful, both made a lot of excuses for it, and then proceeded to put my money in the wrong account

The absolute worst bank in Des Moines. This credit union could care less about customer happiness. They are only concerned with how much money they can make off of you. Consider any other option before going to this pile.

I have been banking here for over 10 yrs. Have had savings, checking, and auto loans with them. Love the people. Only problem was when we went to get our mortgage it just did not seem they wanted our business.
