I could not be happier in my new home after all the help that Brian Berman of Mortgage Atlanta provided during the purchase process. I cannot thank him enough for always being available. Each and every phone call and email was returned within an hour of contacting him. I had to clear CAIVRS due to a student loan issue, but followed his guidance and suggestions about cleaning up my credit report and following his expert advice on maintaining and increasing my credit score to help secure the best interest rate. I have recommended Brian to many friends and colleagues already. I would use him in the future as soon as I am ready to purchase or sell.

I have done business with Mortgage Atlanta on 4 separate occassions (2 home purchases and 2 refinances), and each occassion was a perfect experience. Brian Berman is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, very responsive, and is always available for questions along the way. The mortgage industry is so heavily regulated that it can be a gruesome experience trying to refinance or qualify for a loan, but Brian is an expert at navigating the waters and helped lead me from beginning to end.
