While shopping for a loan, I reached out to several lenders and Nathan responded very quickly and way before anyone else. He immediately sent over a very detailed checklist to help get the loan process started. Nathan would call to check in frequently making sure everything was on track and answering any questions that I had. At the end of the day it is the quality of the customer service that really sets lenders apart and with such a big investment it is really important to have someone that will respond to questions quickly and who can explain the complexities of the mortgage market simply. Nathan did a great job walking through all the options available and he even has some videos available for reference. All in all there is a reason Nathan has so many positive reviews and I definitely encourage giving him a call if you are looking for a home loan.
