First of all, I am not one to write reviews, however I needed to share my experience as I am sure there are others that were in the same situation as I was. I am a business owner with complicated taxes, accounts, and income and we were referred to another company for our loan previously. Needless to say the other company was stress, worrisome, slow to get back to us, and we felt under a microscope through the entire process. This is when we were introduced to Mona and her team. I was blown away the differences. I have to say Mona and her team is the best in the business, no doubt! If you are in need of a lender, you NEED to work with them. Through the entire process they explained everything in detail, kept all the promises they made, and were available to answer any questions I ever had. The process was amazingly smooth, which was an opposite experience to what we had been through before. I would recommend Mona and her team to anyone looking for a mortgage. The process was as easy as they had said, and the little extra detail they paid attention to was an amazing plus! They are truly the experts and I am grateful we had the opportunity to work with them. Mona is the only person we will be going to for any future needs.

I was looking for new housing and deciding between renting and buying as buying had always been in the plans in the next few years. Once preapproved, I continued looking at houses with Sarah and she helped me find many that met my needs - I ended up finding one that met all my needs and getting my offer accepted. I work long hours during business hours which can make it difficult to work with other companies that do the same - Mona and her team made sure to communicate via email almost exclusively to make it easier for me to work with them.
