I highly recommend attorney Richard Isles and his staff lawyer in particular. Their expertise, professionalism and compassion were second to none. He made me feel confident throughout and his many years of experience litigating became evident in court. I am a dad with shared custody of my sons. Prior to hiring this law firm I was pretty much ready to give up fighting for my children. I felt all roads lead to a dead end in getting shared custody. My Ex did everything in her power to alienate me from the two children I love for over three years. With the assistance of a close friend, this law firm was recommended. After retaining this law firm I felt that there was a fighting chance to create a normal life for my children and I. He told me what to expect and the best approach to get me my sons. It was a unique and fresh approach. They quickly proceeded with the process, showed what I was doing for my sons, reduced support and changed my life. We are truly grateful to Richard Isles and his staff for all their help. Without them I would have given up hope to get my kids. Without this law firm I don’t want to think of where I would be now. This is a first rate law firm which handled my unique case in a professional matter. The staff was very sensitive to my specific situation (being stationed abroad with a case in California). The attorneys knew military divorce to its fullest. In fact Richard Isles was a veteran of the Navy. They were diligent in responding to my emails quickly and informatively due to no telephone communications available on my end at the time. Their prices were reasonable as well. It can be difficult when you are overseas relying on a law firm far away, yet I was provided, without delay, responsive strategic lawyering. I was confident from the start that my divorce was in good hands after my first phone consultation, then a follow up email from them. From that point on it was evident that my fathers’ rights would be protected and upheld in the court of law, even in my absence. In the end, I felt the law office provided professional service and would recommend them to anyone in the armed forces going through divorce or custody issues.

The Attorneys’ and Support staff in the Riverside, CA office worked well with all clients. Even if the attorney is at court the support staff is able to assist and answer questions and/or concerns so no phone call is a waste of time. My divorce case was represented and resolved with exceptional results, my attorney represented me on every level and was able to secure all requested items from listed on the judgment. The opposing counsel made everyone wait 2.5 hours and my attorney stayed with me the entire time, discussed strategy, possible changes and end results by the time everyone was ready to go into MSC I was able to let me attorney handle the case and discussions with confidence. During the course of the divorce process my family suffered a loss, the staff here was very empathetic and caring. Though there was a job to do they took the time to ensure my personal matters were dealt with and continued to handle the day to day work load of the case. I appreciate the time and effort of this law firm!

This was by far the worst experience I could have ever imagined for having a lawyer. It was my first, and definitely my last. Attorney Kaitlin sent me into court not only unprepared by not informing me of the type of information the court would ask for, but my completely neglecting to follow through with important papers for a telephonic hearing regarding the amount of child support I would have to pay. My child support jumped up ridiculously, and because of the attorneys neglegence, I was unable to attend my OWN hearing. I would never reccommend this law office, as the ONLY time they wanted to talk about my case was when I had money in my hand. the first question, before even hiring them I asked "Do you guys have a payment plan?" They were more than happy to work with me, until it came down to it. Richard Isles, Attorney Kaitlyn were extremely rude and uncaring once I didnt have $3000 for them to continue representing me. This is a horrible buisness establishment.

"My wife and I have not been right for a couple of years. I finally told her that I have rights as a parent, she got very upset and we argued. She called the police and a week later I found myself removed from my children and home/office. I was facing a domestic violence restraining order. My wife of over 20 years was falsely accusing me of threatening her and threatening to take the kids out of the country. I hired Richard Isles’s office. Richard and his staff were great at keeping me informed and calm. I met with Richard several times before trial and he was very knowledgeable. He diligently went over with me how it would most likely be at trial. The trial day came and Richard was amazing. The trial went just like he said. He was brilliant! I Hired Richard Isles and got nowhere near the representation he presented. I Hired Isles, not anyone else and they either had no experience, or last minute -phone interviews while in court!! Extremely disappointing to say the least. Future clients beware. Isles gives you subpar attorneys to represent your case.. Not worth the money$$
