I want to personally thank Mr. Haq and his paralegal Donna. Together they helped me regain some semblance of a life and most importantly, a relationship with my children. I understand that reading reviews and looking online are only one method of research. This is the reason I decided to give Mr. Haq a call. He was very friendly and knowledgeable over the phone. Once I met with him in person he laid out a plan that I felt confident would help me see my children again. My ex is very manipulative and spiteful. Until I found the Haq law Firm online, I had spent the prior 2 years in and out of the Family Law court in Riverside trying to gain custody of my 3 children from their mom. She would purposely and deliberately defy any custody agreement I could come up with. She would taunt me online, keep our kids from me and even went as far as telling them bad things about me that were of course untrue. I felt helpless since I had a previous lawyer who was terrible, and achieved nothing. By chance I came across The Haq law Firm online and made the call. It was the best call I could have ever made. Mr. Haq guided me along the way. Donna, his paralegal, was awesome as she handled all of the paperwork and made sure what we filed was exactly what the courts needed. I felt 1000 lbs of stress come off my shoulders as Mr. Haq was open and honest with me throughout the process. All along the way he promised to aggressively fight for me. When court day arrived Mr. Haq did not let me down. He was aggressive and meticulous. Mr. Haq knew the legal system inside and out and would not be bullied by anyone and he missed nothing. My ex got a lawyer and Mr. Haq made the other lawyer look like she just got out of law school. In court he made sure I received the best custody agreement possible and aggressively fought for my rights as a father. It was a long day but in the end I walked out happy and smiling knowing my rights as a father was successfully fought for and I now am able to see my children on a consistent schedule, of my choosing. I would not have been able to achieve this without the help and guidance of Donna and Tash. I strongly recommend The Haq Law Firm for all Family Law matters as you are fighting for the right to be a parent. First I want to say thank you to Tash, Melissa and the entire staff who helped me through this rough point in my life. When I met Tash a little less than 1.5 years ago to discuss filing for my divorce, he was friendly, honest, knowledgeable about my situation and above all real about likely scenarios. He reassured me that he had dealt with move away cases before and understood the nuances regarding such cases. My wife (at the time) was trying to move out of state and was threatening to take the kids with her to live in Michigan with her boyfriend she met online. In order to stop the move away, Tash and I quickly filed for divorce assuring that the kids would remain in the state until the divorce was settled! In the beginning, the situation looked bad since I was a single father who was working, while my ex was always home, which gave her leverage to move out since she was the primary parent. But that changed later and now I am the sole legal and physical custodial parent. Throughout the process, Tash was always in contact with me via phone. Either Melissa or Tash would call me at least once per week with updates to the case and present ideas to help my case to keep the boys in the state full-time. They were fair on pricing and I never felt they ran the bill up or tried to bill me for erroneous things. Tash developed a roadmap for what winning looked like for my case and coached me on how to handle myself through the process. Tash was a bulldog in getting a restraining order approved the day after it was filed due to documented domestic violence and threats protecting me from my ex-wife. Bottom line, I was granted full legal and physical custody of my kids (as a single-father) and did not have to pay any child support. Most important, my kids stayed in California and were not subjected to having to go state to state in a shared custody arrangement. I was in search of an aggressive child custody lawyer, and needed someone who could act quickly. I called Tash on a Saturday, and just like it says in the reviews I read, he actually picked up the phone. After explaining my situation, we agreed to meet on Monday. What I needed was to file for emergency child custody orders (ex parte) that my ex not be allowed to change my daughter’s school district. My daughter had been living with me for the past year based on a verbal agreement between me and my ex, who wanted her to live with me due to poor academic performance. My daughter’s grades and attitude made a huge turnaround in the year she lived with me. Imagine my surprise when her mother told me she wanted her to come back to live with her. Tash and his team (his paralegal Melissa is ON THE BALL!) acted swiftly and was able to get me an emergency child custody hearing. Before seeing the judge, though, we had to talk to the mediator to see what his recommendation would be. The mediator actually recommended that my daughter go back to live with her mother. This was further complicated by the fact that my daughter is 14, and she stated that her preference was to return to her mother’s house. I felt deflated, knowing that the judge would take the mediator’s and my daughter’s opinions into consideration. Nevertheless, when we actually got in front of the judge things took a turn for the better. Tash deftly argued my case, which was that my daughter was better off living with me and that sending her back would be a gamble. The judge seemed to agree, and ordered that my daughter NOT change school districts and remain where she is (with me)! This was a fantastic outcome and I cannot thank Tash and his team enough. I know that one day, my daughter will thank them too. I highly recommend family law attorney Tash and his team!

Before I met with Tash, I was trying to do things on my own with my custody case. When I met with Tash he was very clear in his strategic plan and direction in the way he wanted to defend my custody case. He was always calm and collected even under the frustrating situations he was sometimes put in. With all the experience and knowledge that he has with family law, he was able to get me a fair custody order with my son. I know that we will go in thinking that because we’re asking for what we want then we should be able to get it, however, I learned that the law doesn’t work that way and there are certain things that are just out of our control. It’s unrealistic to think that you should get “everything” that you’re asking for. But that is/was one of the best things about Tash. He could take what I was wanting (everything) and break in down to a realistic level of understanding as to what is most likely to be able to be done with a best case worse case scenario and was very sympathetic to me and the circumstances I was in. It’s selfish on our part to think we should get EXACTLY what we want. I was being selfish at first but with the expertise and guidance from Tash I could see what truly would be in the best interests of my son. And even though I didn’t get exactly what I wanted, I got more than my ex was willing to give and knowing that made what I did get that much more satisfactory! Because of his diligent and aggressive work, I am now able to have the time that I want and can spend the holiday season(s) with my son. Thanks Tash for all your help and hard work. When I came to Tash, I was in need of someone that I knew was going to give me results, and he did just that. I had been fighting a child custody case with the father of my daughter for about 3-4 years. The entire time, I have been doing it on my own and each time feeling like I wasn’t getting anywhere, even with proof of my daughter not being cared for properly in her father’s care, I felt like I wasn’t being heard. I needed to do everything I could to protect my daughter, and this is when I found Tash. I read his reviews and after meeting him, I felt confident we had a strong case. With Tash’s help, I was able to obtain a video and capture her emotions of how she felt about the possibility of being with her father, and she was very frantic, and terrified at the thought of seeing him. On our hearing date on June 14th, 2017, I was granted a drug test for my ex and a continuance for the results. I won my case, I was granted sole physical/legal custody, and he was given supervised visitations with a professional. That was it, I was given a sense of peace. After 6 months of not seeing her father, my daughter still has nightmares, but now I’m hoping that knowing this and with therapy that she will be more at ease. I want to thank Tash and his staff, you, Gina and Derrick have been so helpful to me and I appreciate everything you guys have done for my case. I can finally live a little bit more at ease. Having Tash by my side, I knew that it is not always the case that the judge would take my case, and that kind of expectation, should not be expected from any attorney. I hired Tash to represent me in my restraining order case. Tash was very helpful and informative throughout the whole proceedings as he explained everything in great detail from billing explanation to what to expect throughout the entire court hearings. He helped me form a defense to the restraining order my significant other filed against me, and created a strategy so that I would not have to pay much in support, nor have a restraining order on me. His advice on what I needed to do in order to prepare was very helpful. He has been a true professional as well as his entire law firm and I appreciate what he has done to help me out. Custody is never easy, especially with children involved. Establishing the custody visitation is just as hard. I researched attorneys for several days before finding Tash, and it was well worth the wait. He is extremely knowledgeable in family law and will tell you exactly what you need to know.
