In regards to anyone wishing to use this service (We Fix Tickets – The Genesis Law) for the future, this was my experience with them. I contacted this company due to a traffic ticket I received from the San Bernardino County for Speeding. The Genesis Law group told me that they would get the ticket withdrawn out of the court system. I was at first hesitant on using the service because of the amount they were charging me to use them (Since they told me that they use an actual lawyer that shows up in the court room to fight for your case). They even charged me an additional $100 on top of their fee because of the distance of the court room from their office (even though they told me that they covered that country – San Bernardino County). The reason for my hesitation was because I was seeing a lot of other law firms online guaranteeing that they will get your ticket reduced/removed or you would receive half of the money back that you initially paid. The Genesis Law group kept telling me that they were a better choice than those other companies because they use an actual lawyer to show up to your court session instead of just sending a letter to the court system to get the ticket removed. Even though they were a lot more money, they convinced me to use them because they were pretty much assuring (Guaranteeing) me that they would get my ticket removed. So I paid the Amount they requested and I waited for the feedback. After them pushing back my court date for another month or so, I receive an email and a letter stating that they weren’t able to remove the Ticket and that I would still need to pay the original ticket amount and also pay for Traffic School. I contacted them a couple times over this furiated, since I am now paying almost three times the amount to what the original ticket was going to cost in the first place. They would not work with me with getting any of my money back (Unlike the other companies online who guarantee half your money back), and now I’m back to square one. The amount for this traffic ticket is now 3 times as much. I would suggest for anyone wanting to use this company or any future company, to make sure you do your research and get all the facts and “Guarantees” that these companies promise in writing…… or just don’t even hassle with using a lawyer and just pay the amount. I’m just a another normal civilian trying to help everyone from creating more issues for themselves, and ultimately making your traffic ticket cost three times the original amount. Had to deal with an unexpected bankruptcy. I dealt with Cynthia Sousa, the paralegal that handled all my paperwork and questions, etc. She was really on it, as was I, in getting everything filed as quickly as possible due to money being levied from my paycheck on a weekly basis, which is no fun! Cynthia was always readily available when I called. Her communication was outstanding, and her execution of the process, walking me through it, step by step, was without fault. I had a horrible experience hired them for a felony dui case because they said they were experienced and then when my first court date came around my attorney John Olin was on vacation so they had someone outside of the firm do a special appearance and that person had no knowledge about my case and the DA asked for my bail to be raised and he did nothing to object or defend me.
