May the lord help those in need of GBLS services because GBLS is definitely not able to help those who seek their help. It has been over a year seeking their help and instead they have caused more issues. GBLS has definitely FAILED the people who it vouches to "help." Good luck and god bless you all!

It is difficult for poor and incapacitated people to access legal help at this organization. The staff lacks empathy, and the attorneys can be rude and demeaning. Inefficient customer service. Someone in command needs to reorganize and overhaul the way this place delivers service.
