I couldn’t give them negative feedback if I tried and I’m a very particular person. Amazing overall representation. I couldn’t have been happier with them. I just felt amazing getting to deal with the Joel H. Schwartz law firm. I truly feel blessed to have met the people there. When we first met they drove all the way out to my place in Springfield to represent me. To make that sort of commitment was above and beyond in my eyes. My experience was reassuring from the moment they said hello. Overall, I had such reassurance because my first claim didn’t go through when I applied for disability on my own, as I was missing some documentation. I suffer from severe depression, anxiety, and PTSD and they always knew what to say to calm me down and help me relax. They would reassure me that attorney Pope would walk me through it. When I spoke with him he had the same effect -- what a calming voice. I truly feel like the law firm saw me as an individual and not like a file on a desk. They took such time and care and worked so hard on my case. The best thing about working with the firm was getting a favourable decision on my disability claim. They did everything they said they were going to do for me. Paperwork for me is a nightmare. I actually have panic attacks over filling out paperwork and require medication to muddle through it. It’s absolutely brutal for me and they just made everything easy. They never gave me a false sense of security; they told me not to worry and that they were going to do their best for me. For me that was the best part of it. They never misrepresented themselves. I would highly recommend them; they’re an absolute 10. I have already recommended them to a few people. I can’t say enough good things about him and the law firm. I chose to work for them because of their reputation and feedback. I did a lot of research online about what people thought of the firm. There were a lot of firms out there but none with the reputation they had in terms of being real people.

In order to understand the full complexity of my case I would like to briefly introduce you to my story. Being a student in Lithuania, I decided to come to the USA for a 4-month period in summer 2015 as a part of Work&Travel Program. This is an exchange program from students all over the world who are willing to spend their summer break in the USA. While working on Nantucket Island, MA, I was hit by a pick-up truck one day, going from one work to another. A lot of factors contributed to the inability to solve my case by the law enforcement: being a foreigner with a temporary allowance to stay in the country; no close family members in the country; memory loss; limited information about the sequence of events at the accident scene. None of these factors could influence the professionalism of Joel H. Schwartz team. I am very thankful for their approach to the situation, and willingness to help. I believe that this particular case was quite exceptional for the whole team in terms of communication, since I am not physically located in United States. Nevertheless, my case has been succesfully solved and I am very happy with the end result.

This is a fantastic firm. I have already recommended them to several people. I had really professional representation from the moment I was in the hospital right up to the completion of my business with them. It was professional and personal in the sense that they knew who I was and what issues I might be dealing with. Not only did they support the legal piece, they helped me get through the emotional piece as well. People will benefit from their services. Right after my accident when I was in the hospital I had 10 or 15 firms that wanted to work with me. This was the only firm that would come to the hospital right away and talk with me. I was very satisfied. The best thing about working with the firm was the family atmosphere. If I had a meeting at the office the receptionist knew who I was and knew I was coming. Megan was very attentive to everything I needed. If I had questions that she didn’t know the answer to she found out in a very timely manner and got back to me immediately. Awesome law firm!!!!! Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. I was fortunate enough to have Tim Kelly as my attorney. I had retained another law firm to handle my Social Security disability hearing. I did not hear from them for 5mths and I found out that they never filed the necessary paperwork to request a hearing date. With one phone call, Atty Kelly explained how to go about requesting the hearing and from that point on I did not have to handle anything except the paperwork from his law firm. I had lower lumbar surgery during the time period before the hearing and a representative from this law firm contacted me weekly to see how I was doing. Great law firm! I was in a car accident a little over a year ago and having never been in this situation I was not sure who to turn to. My experience was with John and his assistant Kim. If John was out, then Kim would get in contact with me about any concern. I came to because of an auto accident and was very green about what to do. John took care of everything, gathering forms, reports etc. In addition, John always kept me updated and very promptly replied to my many e-mails.
