After my son was born, an attorney referred me to Sugarman and Sugarman and told me that that the firm had an impeccable reputation and was the best. My attorney was Bob Casby and he definitely lived up to the reputation of being “the best.” He walked me through every step, was always there to answer questions and made a painful situation much more tolerable. When my husband died, I became a single parent raising a special needs child and when I needed some “hand holding” Bob was there. When preparing me for depositions and for the trial, Bob Casby spent countless hours with me making sure that I knew what to expect. He was always available either in person or by phone. No words can describe what a fantastic person and lawyer Bob is. His talent in the courtroom made it possible for my son to receive the help that he needs. As questions arise Bob is always willing and ready to help even though many years have gone by. His dedication and caring shows not only when he is working on a case but also many years later when he is interested in how his client is doing.I would highly recommend Bob Casby and his firm, Sugarman and Sugarman.

From the initial phone call and initial meeting with Neil Sugarman and the lead attorney, Ben Zimmerman, my wife and I were immediately at ease. Their instructions to us were focused on my health and rehabilitation, not the litigations. Throughout my rehabilitation, Neil, Ben and their professional staff offered support and timely updates on our case. Ben Zimmerman was always available to answer any and all of our questions and concerns along with supporting us during depositions. Ben and his staff prepared a solid case for us by gathering hospital reports, doctor’s letters, and data from the scene of the accident. My case was complicated and I a fully aware that other lawyers would have turned me down because of the complications. Neil Sugarman took my case, and turned it over to Stacey Pietrowicz who was absolutely amazing. Stacey was very responsive to my every question, answering my emails quickly and professionally. She was prepared to take my case to trial if need be, and helped me negotiate an excellent settlement. This law firm stood behind me every step of the way, and I was so impressed with their willingness to use their resources on my behalf without my paying a penny; even though my case was complicated.
