I recently purchased a home (no brokers) and chose Mr. William Shapiro as my real estate attorney, and what a great choice he turned out to be. Will was very attentive to my needs/questions and just made the home buying process that much smoother. His friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable throughout the contract process. Will was excellent at keeping me updated every step of the way. His technical knowledge of e-mailing important documents just made things that much easier. I ended up closing about a month after first contacting Will, so if your looking for a real estate lawyer who can "get the job done" and at a reasonable cost, Mr. Shapiro is the attorney for you.
