We talked to Claudialy Estrella Villalobos at the chico office for car insurance. She was very helpful and explained to us that her quote was very accurate compared to the inaccurate quotes we got over the phone by Sacramento and Redding employees through their call center. I will continue to go into the Chico office instead of calling and going through the inaccurate call center. Very happy with the way Claudialy took care of us and answered all of our questions.
