My car accident on October 10, 2012 was a very dramatic experience to say the least. You are never the same after a car accident, especially when you must pass the scene of the accident every day. In fact, someone else bumped me on that very spot. It was Déjà vu as I looked thru the rearview mirror as I came to a complete stop, the driver behind me was searching for something under the seat and not looking straight ahead, all I was saying to myself - “Oh my God he is going to hit me, not again, not again!” Yet another day, as I was pulling into Costco’s parking lot, and also at a standstill, unable to go forwards or backwards due to the congestion, an elderly driver was backing out, hitting my rear left tire. It made a loud sound, and I was again at awe! Is it I or is it other drivers? You begin to question your driving skills. It took over eight months for me to drive comfortably and not think about the accident. I would feel the tension when passing that very spot and I would limit my driving to during the day only. Nevertheless, I was safe with the Madalon Law Firm to handle my injury claim and give it my very highest recommendation. I received the best care possible from the medical team. The staffs at Madalon were superb. They visited me in less than an hour after contacting them. I was in bad shape, unable to do my regular routines and received three sets of ten injections to my neck and lower back as part of my treatment. I am feeling better now and thankful for the personal care the Madalon Law Firm afforded me, and fighting on my behalf to receive compensation for my injuries. When the other party’s insurance company made an offer, my attorney at the Madalon counter offered several times until I was happy with the offer otherwise we filed suit against the other party. Joseph Madalon made such a strong case for me that the insurance company settled my claim to avoid a lawsuit. The staff was in constant contact with me, and the medical staff to assure that I was getting the best medical care and advice. Joseph Madalon did a great job, and the entire office staff was awesome. If they ever could not speak to me when I called, the staff assigned to my case always called me right back. I recommend Joseph Madalon to everyone I know who needs an attorney. I highly recommend Joseph Madalon completely with confidence. I give the Joseph Madalon Law 5 Stars! …and ladies, isn’t he good-looking!
