The staff are very unprofessional and rude. I called to correct a misunderstanding about homeowners insurance and the receprionist was very rude. I explained my girlfriend already called to cancel the homeowners insurance a week ago. She kept saying I talked to Mike about homeowners insurance but I only discussed a quote with him and my girlfriend. We didnt even buy the house so why would we need homeowners insurance? Mike insisted we get renters insurance and then returned my call after I spoke with the receptionist. His message on my phone was very rude. Not very professional. Looking at other insurance companies.

When I transitioned my insurance policy over to State Farm, Ben Buenzow made the transition seamless and was dedicate to ensure I was getting the best rates along with the proper coverage. Which I had not been receiving with my previous insurance provider. I also inquired about disability insurance and Ben was very detailed in explaining the different options available to me.
