Most difficult insurance company I have ever had to deal with. I have been in the trucking business for almost 30 years and decided to take a chance with a new company in 2015. Each and every time we have add a vehicle, request a form or try to hire a driver we get nothing but problems. Running a small business is difficult enough and to have an unresponsive and uncooperative insurance company is unacceptable. They go as far as refuse to submit certificates of insurance to our home state of Ohio for proof of trucking insurance. Each time we request a service from Scottsdale we are charge in addition to our overly expensive premium.

My car was hit by My landlords landscaper guy. Pelted my car with rocks. I called my landlord and he barely turned it in 2 months later almost 3. Then when they finally called me they wanted me to do all their work. I am not the one that caused the damage. Plus they would not give me a straight answer. Their insured person which is my landlord turned it in. I have phone record showing i called him. These guys are making me mad any one have any suggestions for me how to deal with these guys

Horrible company. We had an 18 wheeler side swipe my husband (he was parked) they continue to want to deny the claim even though their client was the one driving and my husband was parked. They have been nothing but unhelpful. I will continue to give them bad reviews due to their horrible customer service. Never in my life have I had these issues with a wreck and insurance companies before...

Horrible!!! I am not a customer of theirs thank goodness, but was injured by one. They cant figure out how to contact their customer. They do not contact you or keep you informed of the claim. Always have to leave a message and no one returns your call. I think three months of waiting for answers is long enough!

I have them for a commercial warehouse-I have not had any claims-you would think that they would send to me in a timely mannor renewal notices. NEVER has that occured, maybe that is good. since reading these reviews I think I will start my search for a new company to cover my property.
