I received an online quote, spoke with ignorant Robert and he couldnt even give me an explanation to why there is a discrepancy with their roadside. He than asked what my current premium is with my insurance, which I found intrusive. He than transferred me over to their services department, like I have a policy number because apparently he doesnt have the knowledge to assist me. So, I then spoke with a representative who actually sold their product better than he did! So, I called back and he pops off with an attitude to why I wouldnt be the right fit (kinda)! Robert is a very incompetent salesman, and should be trained or demoted!!! With that said, their sales manager was very approachable and sympathetic.

I have never met anyone so passionate about insurance in my life. Brian Cook is extremely knowledgeable and only wants what is best for his clients. I am in the process of switching over all of my cars and houses to him and it looks like he will be saving me thousands of dollars per year with the same amount of coverage.
