I was trying to cash a check from one of my customers and the manager refused to cash it when there was absolutely no reason to deny it. I noticed that 3 non hispanic persons just before me were also denied..hmmm? he told me to go and get my customer and bring them to the bank.. I have cashed hundreds of customers checks and they usually call the customer to verify a 1500.00 check I spoke to my customers and they were stunned..they have banked at this location and bank of america for 20+ years MY MOTHER RETIRED FROM B OF A AFTER 35 YEARS AND THINKS SOMETHING IS FISHY WITH THIS MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION SHE WAS HEAD OF THE FRAUD DIVISION IN minneapolis and then DENVER... I feel if the manager puts down the weed(HE was totally stoned) HE WOULD BE BETTER AT MAKING BETTER DECISIONS. then again, it was close to 4 and he had to be at his car by 420....ffffin jerk I will post his name soon...I bet he gets fired...just a hunch

Every time I visit this bank there is a line that reminds me of Disney world, it is definitely a high traffic location and in my opinion requires more tellers, especially around the lunch hours. Please take this advice and atleast hire a part time teller that works 11-3 or something. Other then long wait times staff is friendly and operate in great procedure! Fix this issue and you will have my 5 star

Simply horrible, slow and understaffed. Sadly we are forced to pay rent at Homestead Branch...otherwise would NEVER set foot in there. This has been for over 4 years. We have said something...they dont care...even wrote corporate and not even a reply. They have wasted a full work week of our time Thats 40 HOURS!..no exaggeration! Beware and avoid AT ALL COST!

Needed a debit card replaced waited 2 hours ,when I asked was how much longer the guy told me I should have scheduled an appointment extremely rude, when I finally did get seen I guess the person at the front told them that I was upset for waiting so long so he was rude also, Bank of America sucks if you can get into Suncoast Credit Union much better

On my first ( and last ) visit i was told by a greeter that I needed to make an appointment if I needed to see anyone other than a cashier. I went in to fill out a signature card on a brand new account.
