Terrible service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Called ahead of time to find out cost of transferring title and ask specifically what I needed to bring. Drove there and was told I needed more paperwork . Told the young lady behind counter that I called ahead of time and did not understand why i needed more papers . She had a bad attitude and could care less.Drove there again with the rest of the papers they requested and was told again they could not transfer title and that I needed more info. Left pissed off so I called the corporate office and luckily talked to kim. She agreed I was right and that they had all the info needed to transfer title. Went back a third time and they processed the transfer- then told me it was $200.0 more than I was originally quoted on my first call. Thank you to kim for your help but I would not go there again. Staff very unprofessional- young Hispanic girl stood there eating while looking at my paperwork. Older hispanic lady could have probably figured everything out if she got off her ass to help. Hopefully I get my title and they did everything correct!

Usually great service. Only one complaint. They should be fully staffed at peak hours. On one occasion the line was 9 people deep with two clerks. Once you get up to the window, the process is usually quick and efficient.
