Texas Trust has a huge turn over with their employees. We’ve had our account there over 20 years; once we get to know someone they’re usually gone within 6-8 months. When we walked in today I noticed 2 employees eating! I realized it may convenient, but what happened to manners? At least hide in the back, if you have absolutely no class. Perhaps this is why all their employees find better opportunities elsewhere.

I still have a great view of credit unions, but this place is crazy. They do background and credit checks when you join, like your being investigates by the FBI. They take ten business days to cash a check. And if they close an account and you pay it off almost immediately, they will later report it as a collection even though it was paid to them. Stay away if you value your credit report.

I have been with TTCU for 15 years and have always loved it. Never a huge line, Personal, respectable tellers, Great customer service. Not sure why these other people who left the bad reviews didnt have a great experience. I have never had any issues with TTCU and love banking there.

Waited for an hour to be seen. Then I had to answer a ton of questions before they would let me open an account. Sure, the checking is free, but what is the cost? Terrible customer service.
